Many employees sit at their desk and dream of making the move from employee to entrepreneur. It is not an easy move, and one that should not be taken lightly. Being a business owner also means freedom from organizational politics – at least within your own organization. Owning your own business means YOU decide what work you want and what work you do not want. It means cultivating clients and fostering relationships the will sustain over the course of time.
